Description: Lizzie Marie shares a fun, healthy snack reinventing the classic PB&J by using Almond Butter and Jam served sushi style. 1 or 2 slices of whole wheat bread Almond butter All natural 100% fruit jam DIRECTIONS: Remove crust off bread and roll slices flat with a rolling pin. Apply a thin layer of almond butter first (this makes the "glue") to one slice of bread and top with thin layer of jam. Then roll up, cut into 4 sushi pieces and enjoy! Yields: 1 - 2 servings
