When sixth grader Deja was faced with having to raise money to attend the inauguration of Barack Obama as part of the Presidential Youth Inaugural Conference, she created and sold her own cookbook, Kids in the Kitchen. "This is such a great tool for getting kids to get into the kitchen," Rachael praises her, "and to get their families eating a little healthier."
