  • Mr Seth is my idol.  I was also a student of his, and I learned nothing..............but Everything at the same time.  It was a Ying Yang sort of experience.  And it was something I will never forget.  He is an awesome man and Chef.  As far as the rosemary potatoes goes, dude, that is so 1995.  Instead, use fennel seed and mustard oil.  OK, it's time to take out the garbage.  Love ya Seth!!
