  • I remember when I saw this episode. Those potato puffs look like the disgusting things that they served in my school. Yuch. Those roasted potatoes looked so delicious. Not long afterward, I ate yukon gold potatoes during a holiday meal, and they were just as delicious as I imagined them from this show. Maybe it's just me, but I find that the real food just looks so much tastier. Why not "push the palette"? It works.
