celiac disease

Rachael receipe's are great,i've been cooking old fashion ways for years and learning newways, but now i'm told my daughter has this celiac disease(no gluten), now i need to learn to cook for her, and i think we all need to adjust to help her, so if there are any good receipes, i would love them.

  • They do make a high gluten bread, for people that need extra gluten. Check at just bread stores or speciality bakerys or health foos stores. Sometimes grocery stores also carry it.

  • I agree! I can't eat lactose or gluten. It's not fun to eat anymore. Can't go anywhere where there isn't cheese or bread in every meal. It would be nice for Rachael to have an occassional recipe for people like us.
