When Molly's students asked why there was dirt and stems on the vegetables she brought in from her home garden, she realized that they thought vegetables came just from the grocery store. So Molly created a hands-on experience to teach the kids how vegetables make it from seed to harvest to their stomachs.

DIRECTIONS:
Remove crust off bread and roll slices flat with a rolling pin. Apply a thin layer of almond butter first (this makes the "glue") to one slice of bread and top with thin layer of jam. Then roll up, cut into 4 sushi pieces and enjoy!
