DIRECTIONS:
Remove crust off bread and roll slices flat with a rolling pin. Apply a thin layer of almond butter first (this makes the "glue") to one slice of bread and top with thin layer of jam. Then roll up, cut into 4 sushi pieces and enjoy!

Patrick Kasper is the creator of Positive Motion, a dance exercise program that inspires, motivates and encourages people of all ages to make fitness a part of their daily lives in a fun and creative way. With this program, Patrick aims to educate and inform people of all ages about the benefits of living in Positive Motion, including improved health, self esteem, team building, and leading happier and fuller lives. He has shared his message throughout the world through fitness classes, seminars, corporate appearances, as well as features on television, in magazines, commercials, newspapers and radio.
Patrick started his performance career taking classes and appearing in main stage musicals at Trollwood Performing Arts School. This led him to a six-year dancing career with the Red River Dance and Performing Company under the direction of Kathy and Eddie Gasper.
Patrick combined his love for fitness and dance by becoming a popular instructor/choreographer at Voight Fitness and Dance Center in Los Angeles and went on to present Positive Motion in Minneapolis, Bahrain, Palm Springs, Paris, New York, Boston, Chicago, and Grand Cayman, amongst other locations. Patrick was one of the six Seasport trainers who motivated our military with fitness and team building skills in the Persian Gulf in 1991.
As a Fitness Representative for Reebok in Chicago, Patrick choreographed and danced on The Reebok Demo Team that performed at Fitness conventions throughout the world. He also hosted the Television show "Shape Up Chicago? and was named best male aerobic instructor in 1995.
While living in Minneapolis from 1998 until 2002 Patrick was the Seasonal Live Entertainment Director and choreographer at Valleyfair Amusement Park. Patrick also choreographed several corporate and college productions, worked with the Minnesota Vikings cheerleaders, taught at The Firm Fitness Studio, and appeared in several commercials and radio programs.
After previously living and teaching fitness there, Patrick returned to the Cayman Islands in 2002 to co-host the most popular radio program on the Island, ?Derek And Patrick In The Morning? on Z99. He also shared Positive Motion with the diverse population of the Caymans.
Patrick moved back to Fargo in 2004 and has worked as an on air personality at FM105.1, BOB 95, MOJO 104, and as the Promotions Director at Radio Fargo-Moorhead.
Patrick currently teaches at The Gasper School of Dance and has choreographed and instructed dance at MSUM, NDSU, Concordia, Moorhead and Shanley High School.
Patrick continues to share his up-beat and fun personality as he looks for new challenges and opportunities as he presents his unique Positive Motion Program throughout the world.
